ECB's Draghi: Eurozone credit conditions improving slightly
FXStreet (Łódź) - During the Q&A part of the press conference Mario Draghi says that a very modest improvement in Eurozone credit conditions is becoming apparent.
• He also answers a question on the topic of the Portuguese Banco Espirito Santo's recent problems saying that the ECB had no supervisory responsibility over the institution.
• The bank's problem was identified thanks to ECB/Troika's better standards of supervision.
• AQR and stress tests may have caused contraction in credit flows.
• Some member states should give priority to productive investment.
