UK Trade Sec Fox: Cabinet unlikely to put Brexit deal to parliament in absence of further reassurance on NI backstop
The UK trade secretary Liam Fox was out on the wires in the last hour, saying that the only Brexit deal that will get through the parliament would involve removal of Northern Ireland backstop.
