EU's Juncker: Withdrawal has to be completed before May 23 or UK must hold EU Parliament elections

European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker's spokeswoman recently told reporters that Juncker told British Prime Minister Theresa May that the withdrawal has to be completed before May 23 or the UK must hold European Parliament elections.  The spokeswoman further added that Juncker had formally warned May against including a date for the extension that is after the European Parliament elections.
